Dashboard and reports

Read clicks, sales, revenue and what you owe for each product.

Each product has its own dashboard. The sidebar holds Overview, Affiliates, Programs, Commissions, Payouts, Tracking and Settings, with a count next to the items that need one. Commissions counts flagged commissions; Tracking shows a green square once tracking is verified.

Overview

Four tiles sum up the selected period, each with its change against the period before.

Tile	Shows
Clicks	Clicks on affiliate links.
Sales	Commissions recorded in the period, one per referred payment, renewals included. Voided ones are left out.
Revenue	What customers paid on those sales.
Owed	Every unpaid commission, whatever the period, with how much is payable now. Links to Payouts.

Clicks and revenue charts revenue as bars, with the commission on top, and clicks as a line.
Top affiliates lists the five affiliates who earned the most in the period, with their sales and clicks. View all opens the affiliates list.
Needs your attention shows a card when commissions are payable, and a red card when commissions look like self referrals.

Before anyone joins, a banner reads Your program is live. with Copy link and Preview what they see. The first time a checkout arrives carrying a referral, a Tracking is working banner confirms that commissions are being recorded.

Commissions

The Commissions page is the full ledger. Its subtitle shows what you owe and what is payable now.

Control	Use
Tabs	All, Payable, Flagged and Paid.
All affiliates	Filter by affiliate.
All currencies	Filter by currency.
Affiliate or Stripe ID	Search by affiliate, or by a Stripe payment or invoice ID.
Clear	Reset the filters.

The list shows Date, Name, Amount, Status, Detail and Sale, 25 per page. Click a row to open the commission: its status, payable date, the Stripe payment or invoice it came from (linked to your Stripe dashboard), the click date and the link used. The actions there are Mark paid, Void and the self-referral decisions. The Detail column explains each row.

Tracking

The Tracking page shows whether the script is live on your site, clicks in the last 30 days, the last click and the first sale, with the script tag and checkout code to copy. See Tracking script and links.

Date ranges and currencies

The range picker on the overview sets the period for tiles, chart and top affiliates. It is kept in the page address (?range=), so a link opens the same view.

The ranges are Today, Yesterday, This week, Last 7 days, This month, Last 30 days (the default), Last 12 months and All time.

Money is never converted or added across currencies. A tile shows one currency, with the other currencies listed beside it. With sales in two or more currencies, a currency picker appears on the charts.

Several products

The product switcher at the top of the sidebar lists your products and Add a product. With two or more, All products opens a list with each product's affiliates, what you owe, and a Live or Setup badge. A product in Setup resumes onboarding where it stopped. See Products.
